We, four specialists who used to serve to the Law Enforcement for long years. We, started to our way under current legislation in order to serve. One of us who is a experienced penal lawyer has been serving for twenty years.

Yusuf Vehbi DALDA

He graduated from Police College and Police Academy and he continued his academic career at French High Police School. He spent a big part of his career to struggle for the international criminal and crimes at INTERPOL.
He used to be a representative of Interpol General Secretariat for three years.
Between 1991- 1997 He was appointed the Chief of NCB-INTERPOL Ankara
Between 1996 – 1999 He was selected the member of the Interpol Executive Comitee.
In 2004, he served as a teacher  at Private l Security Training Project
Between 2003-2005 He served as a  honorary condultant to Private Security Association
in order to  promulgate the Private  Security Law. He is still the member of this Unit.
Between 2005-2006 he  acted as  founder and manager  of a Private  Security Training Center which was active in Istanbul, Ankara and Izmir.
He is also still general coordinator for two Private  Security Companies.
He has   written two books regarding Private  Security, more than 20 articles and translations.
He is the General  Editor of www.spntr.net web  which is the firs and soul Security Portal.
He is Acting President and Ankara Representative of Private Detective Association’s
He speaks French and English.
